Orders generally shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship worldwide! We use USPS Priority Mail  for international shipments.

Return Policy

All returns and exchange can be made only within 14 days form purchase date. We only offer store credits for all returns. We do not refund money, no exceptions. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all order cancellations. The equipment must be returned as original with all components within the box. It must be like new condition without any kind of cosmetic or internal damage to the unit as well as the manufacturer’s box and its components. The equipment must be returned within 5 calendar days. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer.

For an RA number (Return Authorization) on returns please contact us. All Returns require an authorization number. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Please note that RA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use USPS air mail "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

Defectife item return policy

Dead-on-arrival merchandise is exchangeable provided that the unit is within a period of fourteen days from the date of the original invoice. The item must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to Oltox Ltd. Co. We will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
